For a home just measure the length of the home and multiply it times the width of the home. Don't forget the garage also.
Example: If your home is 60 feet across the front and 40 feet down one side your home is roughly 2400 square feet (60 x 40) Roofs are harder but here are 3 ways to do it and remember if you are not sure we will be happy to come look for FREE.

Pricing on gutter cleaning is based off the square footage of the Price list for single family homes. Gutters are cleaned inside and out. Black streaks are removed. Call for commercial pricing.
Gutter Cleaning is based on the linear foot, difficulty in reaching the gutters (i.e. terrain) and the height of the home.
Standard pricing for gutters are .80 to 1.00 per linear foot for a single story home
Pricing for a 2 story and higher home range from 1.50 to 2.00 per linear foot. Pricing is subject to change without notice due to product and fuel costs.
